Advance Music has a $30.00 bench fee for all repairs excluding keyboards which have a $60 bench fee, and our labor rate is $60.00 an hour. The bench fee generally covers the cost of diagnosing the problem and is applied to the total repair cost. The fee is non refundable should you choose not to repair the item. Turn around time for repairs is dependant on parts availability, and we strive to turn your repair around as quick as possible. If you purchased the gear from us originally, we will do our best to provide a loaner, when applicable, to get you through an event, gig, or show. We offer rentals as well, should you have purchased the gear elsewhere.
